Shipping
NEW ZEALAND
FREE Shipping for orders over $150 to all NZ residential addresses.
Our stock we hold on hand in Auckland (unless we specifically say so as a pre-order item).We make an effort to pack and ship the same or next working day.
Tracking details will be emailed so you are kept up to date. Delivery of your item is always tracked and usually takes 1-4 days per individual courier company's service level agreements using NZ Post and Poste Haste. If for some reason you specifically require NZ Post delivery please make a note in the comment section of your order or send us an email at info@flockofknitters.co.nz and we will try to cater to your request.
Shipping to all NZ residential address is $6.90 for orders $150 and under or free if over $150.
Shipping to rural addresses including all RD address is a $9.90 for orders $150 and under or $4.90 for over $150.
(please note it is important to select the right rural shipping options as it may cause your items to be severely delayed.)
Order pickups available for urgent orders from Penrose in Auckland by prior arrangement during weekdays.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
We ship to Australia by NZ Post as they are the most trusted and National courier. Shipping prices are economy tracked with a target of 3-6 working days. Prices see below. For large orders please contact us to get a quote for shipping.

Refunds & Returns
If for any issues you have found the item faulty or damaged during transit please get in touch with us as soon as you receive the goods so we can make it right at info@flockofknitters.co.nz in the first instance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the details of purchase. We can give a credit or refund less shipping costs. We abide by all rules under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not give refunds on change of mind orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs incurred in returning items is your responsibility. Refunds can be issued less shipping costs once product has been returned to us.
Gifting
We can send items especially things like crochet kits directly to a designated address. Please leave a comment in the box when checking out that it is for a gift and we will make sure no packing slips/price tags are included.
