Once again brilliant service and this time Lee went above and beyond. NZ post decided that a parcel from Flock of Knitters, addressed to Warkworth, needed to go via Wiri, and Whangarei before Warkworth, taking 8 days for a paid for delivery of overnight ;-( Lee went out of her way to meet me in Albany mid the NZ Post Shambles, to ensure that I could get on with my project. This was really appreciated.

My first order (new to crocheting) and it came super fast, and their customer service is great! I had a random question, and they came straight back to help me. Along with the cute little pack of minikins cotton, I ordered Premier parfait yarn which is MAGIC. This is the only shop in NZ that sells the Premier parfait chenille as well (just a tip!), it's the squishiest bestest yarn ever.

It's very thick and super fluffy and the colour change is gradual and lovely 😍

My daughter loves this yarn for her market creations, it’s sensitive skin safe and she loves to crochet with it. Excellent service from Flock of Knitters again, quick and easy, thanks!
