This is Some Serious Wool!

It’s 100% natural wool which is also fully renewable and biodegrable, So big thumbs up for the environment! Not only that, the wool comes in the most gorgeous colours and most importantly it has major SQUISH factor! Once worked up it will be super cosy but breathable great for the NZ season ahead. Its made from South American Wool.

Its great for hats, snoods, scarves, sweaters, vests, bags!! Because it is very chunky it knits up very fast! Its noted you can make a chunky hat in less than 60 minutes!

It works well with a lot of different stitches including - Twisted Rib Stitch, Moss Stitch, Linen Stitch, Garter Stitch.

FIBRE CONTENT - 100% wool / Funfetti colours 95% Wool + 5% Viscose flecks 

SUGGESTED KNITTING NEEDLE SIZE - 10mm - 25mm (US15-50)

SUGGESTED CROCHET HOOK SIZE - 10 mm - 25 mm

YARN WEIGHT - 80m = 200 gr SUPER CHUNKY | 4 wpi

TENSION SWATCH - 7 sts / 10 rows in stocking stitch on 12mm (US17) needles

HOW TO WASH - Hand wash only / Add some wool detergent to luke-warm water / Give your knits a gentle squeeze and soak well / Once done, roll in a clean towel to remove excess water and then dry flat.

As an indication, one ball will make a beanie/hat/snood. 2-3 balls for a long scarf, cropped vest (like a VickyKnits vest), 5+ for a large sweater/cardigan. See pattern for exact requirements.
